6. See to it that Policies are implementedand monitored.
7. Lectures to have Schemes of work/work plansand all the necessary registers.
8. Hold Performance Reviews twice in ayear, in June and December.
9. Ensure that Management and BoardMeetings are held to discuss important issues.
